Primarily please try Google Chrome browser first instead of Mozilla Firefox. We hope it would solve to view Bangla Content related problem.

To Fix the Bangla Font problem inMozilla Firefox follow the steps:

1.       If you have not installed SolaimanLipi then download the font & install it.

2.       Open Firefox – go to Options>Content>Fonts & Color>Advanced (see as shown in above figure). Then select "Bengali" in Font for section; then you can see the 2 default fonts for Bengali… just change these 2 fonts into "SolaimanLipi". You may also set “Unicode (UTF-8)” the Character Encoding section. Your problem should be resolved.

3.       But if the problem still remains as the header of the tabs shows distorted characters & search text box, letters are also misplaced then follow the instruction.

The problem actually happens if you change your system default font (Vrinda) to anything other like Siyam Rupali or any Unicode Bangla font. This is done when you setup Avro keyboard 5. So, the solution is, click Setup icon > Font fixer in Avro Keyboard 5 and click to Restore. After restart your PC, the problem should be fixed!

Control back dated voucher entry in Tally!

To control back dated voucher entry in Tally it's required to make required change in date setting from Tally - "Assigning Security Level". The exact setting in Tally is as follows-

"Days Allowed for Back Dated Vouchers – By default this field is set to 0, enter the required number of days. Alteration or Insertion of backdated vouchers can be done within the number of days mentioned from the Date of Last Entry of vouchers."

When trying to save a file in Microsoft Word or Excel, it’s taking too much time to save the file.

Symptoms

Word and Excel seem to take an excessive amount of time to save a file.

Possible Reasons & Resolutions

1. It may have many temporary *.emf files on the computer created by Excel. 

Cleaning or deleting them may be positive. 

These are temporary files created by excel each time you open, add, change, etc... an Excel file. 

Over time, not only does your pc accumulate a lot of these files, but they can also become corrupt. To use Excel often, you would require to check for and delete these *.emf files.

Navigation In Windows XP

Start-->Search-->files & folders-->Local Disk



Enter *.emf in the file name in box and then press FIND/SEARCH.

            Start-->Run

Enter *.emf in the file name in box and then press ENTER.


 

2. It could also be corrupted the Excel in some manner. If this occurs only with this one file, make a copy of the file to a removable device and then remove all traces of the file from your computer. Copy the file back to your computer and see if there is a difference.

4. Does the workbook contain any ActiveX controls? If so then you may consider replacing them with the Form's controls.

5. Is this a file that has been around for a while, adding data, removing data? The truth is that Excel file can get corrupted in one or another way. PC keeps rebooting -> Resolutions!

Rebooting...

The PC keeps rebooting & rebooting itself frequently. Now we will find out the possible reasons & resolutions to prevent unauthorized rebooting of the computer. 

1.         Overheating

Overheating may be one the on of reason for this. If the CPU running over 60 degree (c) then it might be risk for occur burning issue.

Cleaning the heat sink & CPU is a solution for this. Keeping CPU in such place where enough air flow available.

2.       Hardware Problem

An existing or newly added bad/loose hardware component may cause a machine rebooting again & again unless the component is either fixed properly or removed. However, the common hardware is as follows that may lead the pc keeps rebooting.

a.       RAM

Faulty or loose system RAM may one of the reasons for rebooting the computer. Fixing the RAM properly or replacing it with good one may conclude the problem.

b.      Motherboard

Malfunctioned motherboard may be another reason for that. Check motherboard if it’s in warranty period otherwise send it to servicing.

c.       Hard Disk

Malfunctioned hard disk also may be one of the reasons for this. By replacing the hard disk with a good one may conclude the event.

3.       System error & Recovery settings

In many cases windows may keeps restarting for system file corruption or system file missing or any other system error. For system file corruption check disk might resolve the problem. I personally resolved a great number of cases using check disk. For check disk use the following command in command prompt.

chkdsk %systemdrive% /f

It can be used the above check disk command if computer can boot using safe mode. Otherwise the victim windows loaded hard drive may be used as salve in another computer. In that case %systemdrive% might be replaced with slave hard disk’s system drive volume label.

For system file missing windows recovery might work which is by default turned on in Windows 7 but in XP it’s by default turned off. In Windows 7 it’s easy to recover corrupted windows by following the instructions provided by its self. For Windows XP where recovery console is uninstalled it might be required to repair windows using CD.

There are some other windows related errors that may lead to pc rebooting. To find enough information about those errors it’s required to uncheck ‘Automatically restart’ from ‘Startup and Recovery’.

In Windows XP, the default setting is for system failure or fatal error occurs then the pc take restart automatically. This option is also available in Windows 7. In this situation the reason of error could be find from event log. But if we turn off the default ‘automatically restart ’settings then it might be possible to see enough information about the actual error which would be helpful for further troubleshoot.

To change the default automatically reboot settings follow the instructions.

In Windows 7

1.       Right-click on ‘My Computer’ and then click Properties.

2.       Click on the ‘Advanced system settings’ menu.

3.       Click on the ‘Advanced’ tab.

4.      Under ‘Startup and Recovery’, click ’Settings’ to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.

5.       Clear the ‘Automatically restart’ check box, and click OK number of required times.

6.       The settings will take effect after rebooting the computer.

In Windows XP

1.       Right-click on ‘My Computer’ and then click Properties.

2.       Click on the ‘Advanced system settings’ menu.

3.       Click on the ‘Advanced’ tab.

However, to resolve the problem in Windows XP/VISTA/7 follow the instructions provided under each process.

Process – 1: Disabling Work Offline Option

1.  Open Internet Explorer

2. On the File menu, determine whether the Work Offline option is enabled.

Note If this option is enabled, a check mark appears next to Work Offline.

If this option is enabled, go to step 3.

3. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

4. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Connections tab.

5. Make sure that the Never dial a connection option is selected.

6. Click the Advanced tab.

7. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable offline items to be synchronized on a schedule check box, and then click OK (Windows XP - Only).

Process – 2: Revising Registry Value

Look in the registry (START >> RUN >> REGEDIT) he following path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WebCheck

And check that these two String keys are set to auto: "LoadSens"="auto" "LoadLCE"="auto" Create them if you found the values are absent! 

Caution: Making a mistake in editing the registry can cause your system to become unstable and/or unusable.
Wherever possible, use the administrative tools, such as Control Panel or System Policy Editor, to make configuration changes, rather than editing the registry. This is to ensure values are stored properly in the registry when changing the configuration.
If you use Registry Editor to change values, you will not be warned if any entry is incorrect. Editing the registry directly by using Registry Editor can cause errors in loading hardware and software, and can prevent users from being able to start the computer.

Process – 3: Resetting Internet Explorer

Last off all if the problem is still exist then try the following technique once.
To reset the Internet Explorer follow the instructions.

1.        Open Internet Explorer.

2.       Click the Tools button, and then click Intern Options.

3.       Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

4.       When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the default settings, click Close and then click Ok.

5.       Close Internet Explorer.

The changes will take effect next time when you open the Internet Explorer.

Note: Back up your favorites and bookmarks, if any, before resetting. Copy them to a notepad, for instance.

To fix the message follow the instructions.

Resolution:

To fix this behavior, close the document and change the macro security level to Medium. To do this, follow these steps:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and then click Macro Security.

2. On the Security Level tab, select it to Medium, and then click OK.

3. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Microsoft Word.
   
   NOTE: Though there is no warning message telling you to restart. You must quit and restart Microsoft Word for the security level change to take effect.

This sets the security level to Medium. You will see a prompt to enable or disable macros when you reopen the document.

To fix the message permanently make the Security Level to Low. Now this settings will permanently remove the pop-up warning message.

   !!  Undo the process and set your preferred Email client again.

   !!  It can be expect that problem may be resolved. The above solution worked for me.
