Print Spooler Service Stopping frequently is a annoying
problem. Print spooler service may be stopped for a number of reasons. That may
happen for corrupted printer driver, infection of virus or any other reason.
However, to fix the problem follow the instructions.

1. Go to System Properties

Select Advanced > Performance > Settings

Select Data Execution Prevention

Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select

Click Add & Paste this in to the file
name box of the window that opens:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe
And then select Open.

Select OK when you receive the warning

Select Apply

8. To see the effect it is required to Restart the computer
Hopefully these will resolve the problem & will see the print spooler service is running smoothly.

In my case it said "this program must run with data execution protection enabled. You cannot turn off...". I am logged in as an adminstrator, too.
