Setup/configure
Gmail in Outlook is quite easy. But using Gmail in Outlook is very effective
for smooth & efficient email communications. To setup/configure Gmail in outlook follow the instructions.
Last of all close the test account settings wizard. Click on 'Next' & then 'Finish'. Right now your Outlook is fully configured & ready to use. For more details documentary follow the Gmail Support.
1. Start
Outlook. Go to Tools → Email Accounts.

On
the Email step of Email Accounts popup window, select to "Add a new e-mail
account" and click on Next.

On
the server type step, select POP3/IMAP depending on your needs then click on
Next. There is no need to select the IMAP type, since the Gmail web based
account will anyhow keep a copy of all emails, just like an IMAP account would
do.
4. In User Information enter your Display Name in Your Name field like 'Ziaul Haque' & enter gamail Email address in E-Mail address field like 'ziaul@abrarknit.net'. In Server Information use pop.gmail.com as Incoming mail server (POP3) & smtp.gmail.com as Outgoing mail server (SMTP). In Logon Information use your desired gamil address like 'ziaul@abrarknit.net' without quote & in password filed use your gmail pasword. Don't forget to tick the 'Remember password' check box.
5. Clicking 'More Settings' go to 'Advanced' tab & use 995 as Incoming Server Port Number & 465 as Outgoing Server Port Number.
6. From 'Advanced' tab go to 'Outgoing Server' tab & tick on 'My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication' & mark on as well for use same settings as my incoming mail server.
7. Finally click on 'Test Account Settings...' button to verify the account settings. If every things remain ok then following successful message will appear.
